The online Hogden reloader site has lots of load info
I think its difficult to get enough 4320 in a 223 case. Even starting loads are compressed.
My buddy has luck with Ram tac and IMR 4189

4320 is a slower burning powder would be better suited to .243 or 308 . For .223 I'd suggest something like varget, CFE.223, Benchmark etc...
