This works well in my rifle (Savage 12fvss), it is not a max load, but work up to it following the book.
Hornady 75 Gr A Max
BL-C(2) powder 24.1 grains
CCI BR 4 primers
Winchester brass, necksized
2.51 OAL. (books usually give around 2.39, start there and work out, or find out the chamber dimension).
