I have a quite a few 223 brass and was wondering if there is a company in GTA that will reload?

I haven't had any prior experience with reloading equipment and I guess it can't be hard.

My second question would be: how much does loading equipment cost and what is involved (time, supplies and money) and what model/makes would you recommend?

Thanks.

Most commercial reloaders won't touch rifle ammo. You might be better off trying to find a private reloader in the area who wouldn't mind guiding you through the process.

Thanks.

First question to ask, how many rounds a year would you be reloading?

it cost me about 400 dollars when all said and done with the trimmers and odds and ends. i got the ee anniversary kit. and i read the lyman 48th manual ALOT and i figured it out on my own. just make sure u read and UNDERSTAND the manual

MJCurry's price range is about right. $400 will buy you a fairly complete set of entry level reloading gear, for one calibre.
Components can be bought in bulk for some savings, and with decent storage conditions, last virtually forever.
$30 worth of primers, $130 worth of bullets and $100 worth of powder and you are set for 1000 reloads.

I don't reload .223 as mentioned by acrashb.

I just purchased a case of Remington UMC 55 gr FMJ for $276 taxes in or $0.28 per round. I give the brass to others who do reload.

Thats 26 cents each. You can buy em for 27. Check with dizzy dan on this site. Now if price is not your only concern then getting the gear and rolling your own makes sense.
