I was just wondering what a good bullet, primer, and a good gunpowder brand would be for velocity over 3000 fps
New to reloading? Because the answer to your question, is pretty much "Most of them".
Buy a Reloading manual or two, read and understand the bits at the front of the book.
Read the various recipes in the manual(s), and compare those to what you can actually find in stock. No point in trying to put together the theoretically 'perfect' load, if the primers, powder, bass and bullets are all on back-order for the next century or so, eh?
The kind of shooting you want to do can change what is 'best' as well. Some powders are dirtier than others. Some meter better through an automatic powder measure, etc., etc.
Really, to get good suggestions, you pretty much gotta ante up a little more info about things like what you are expecting to do, whether the rifle you are using has a slow or fast twist rate barrel (affects the weight of bullet that will stabilize) and a bunch of other info about your expectations.
Where in Alberta? No point in sending a Grande Prairie boy to Lethbridge for his supplies, or a Lethbridge guy to Grand Prairie either.
