.223 white box speed

figured this would be the best place to ask this question.

Do any of you know what the speed of a .223 Winchester white box 55 grain bullet would be leaving a 16" 1 and 9 twist AR (bushmaster if it makes any difference)

I was just wondering so I can make a proper ballistic table as I am going to be shooting it for the first time in a couple weeks out to a few hundred yards and the max I have seen before it 50

any help would be greatly appreciated

Winchester ballistic info can be found here, they do not say the BBl length, but given that this is ammo for an AR-15 the standard bbl length of 24 inches probably applies, this would mean that a 16 inch bbl will get ~ 2950 fps

yeah I did not know how much of an effect the barrel length would actually cause, I was thinking around 3000
