223 WYLDE HEADSPACE GAUGE FOR 556?

would a 223 Wylde Head space gauge work for building a 556 AR? Or is it best to just use 556 for a 556? Is there a difference in size??

Would the 223 Wylde Head space gauge work properly in a 556 barrel bolt combo?

The 223 Wylde uses the common .223 Remington headspace gauges.
