The .223 Wylde has a slightly longer leade (sp) that was designed to allow the use of heavier .223 bullets, like the 80gr SMK. He has used the chamber for years in everything from AR's to target rifles. It will also work with 69 gr bullets.
Nothing really spectacular about it. As mentioned, the throating is in between .223 and 5.56 chamber specs with the intent to have an 80gSMK just off the lands. You will have to look up the OAL suggested for this combo as I don't have it on hand.
