I have not used that exact size, but I am stocked up on 225 Accubond in .338" for my 338 Win Mag, and .366" 250 grain Accubond for my 9.3x62. I see in Nosler Guide 9 that they show 225 Accubond in .358" (for 35 Whelan, and others) - is a note on p. 664 they will NOT work in standard length magazines for 350 Rem Mag - I am presuming that is the size that you got? So far, very excellent on targets - for either, I have no experience on game - I think was the 225 grain .338" - one box - multiple white tips broken off - I used those bullets for my work up pressure series - I actually could not tell on 100 yard targets whether the presence or absence of that tip made a difference where the holes showed up. I read somewhere that it was a known thing for a time - that the tips would come off - I think that I read that was resolved in later production runs - but, sort of satisfied myself was about a "nothing burger" - I am not 100% convinced that the tip actually remains intact very far from the muzzle, anyways. Was also broken off white tips in partial boxes of .308" 165 grain and 180 grain Accubond - from CGN purchases - likely from same era with the production issue??
That Nosler book shows a modest increase in B.C. over the same weight Partitions in .358" size - so like 0.430 for 225 grain Accubond and 0.421 for 225 grain Partition. I have taken many dozen head of deers with the Partitions - in my case, the 7 mm 150 grain - I am thoroughly convinced those are pretty decent bullets to use on game - but I am sure the deer got no deader than if I was using Hornady Interlock or Speer HotCor of similar weight.
