Anybody have load suggestions, planning to use retumbo powder and lapua brass. Rifle is a 700p.

I Ended up only having RE 22 in my Hornady manual as I don't use their bullets alot and haven't got thier new book. 91 grns of RE 22 seemed a little hot, so I dropped back to 89 and will stay there. Even if the gun is capable of more, I really don't need to push the envelope that much with $3/case brass for a mediocore LR bullet like a 225 SST. Probably a fine bullet in a 338 win, but a .515 bc is not the end all for .338 bullets. As it is, the gun is a really nice to shoot with the light 225's. Will be a really nice hunting round at 2950FPS with those SST's, and I'll play with some BTHP's later.

LOL, I just got brass for it and all I could find locally was the SST's, not my bullet of choice. It shoots really well, not much recoil at all with the 225's. How did it stabilize the 300's? if it handles them, I'd love to use them, they are about as good as it gets.
