well, when into CT to pick up a brick, and all they had left 35 bucks for a winchester brick... it really sucks when you live up north
any body sell 22 in bulk ? preferably cci

someday it'll be cheeper to shoot 7.62x39 than 22

SFRC has a Blazer in 525 and 5250, though they're out of 500 packs. CanadaAmmo appears to be out of all its 22. If you wanna go non-sponsor, Cabelas has bulk federal ammo cans and WSS have lost of CCI. I guess it all depends on what shipping would be.
Good luck, Al

@ SAIL-Vaughan, a brick of Winchester Wildcat sells for $ 18.00. But my Buckmark and GSG 1911 seems to pick on this ammo. About 2-3% FTE and a few FTF when using these. Blazer, Fed Bulk, CCI Minimag seems to do good with my rimfire pistols. I got a few boxes of 525 Bulk BLAZER, surprisingly from Bass Pro few weeks back. CT in Vaughan carries Federal Bulk for $ 24.99. My local Walmart does not carry ammo except for BBs and Pellets.

Which CT? Tried any out in Mississauga? My Buck Mark likes the Fed Bulk, but I can't seem to find it without inter-provincial shipping by UPS (anal rape without vaseline/ky)

CT in Vaughan, Weston Rd-Hw 7.

Thanks, I can even make it over to that one from time to time. Will definitely be looking into them next time I'm in the area. Will call the one on Dixie and Dundas to check as well. Here's my experience with Dixie/Dundas:

-Called, went through 2 full ringing queues with the sporting goods dept, with nobody picking up
-Called again, reached the customer service desk, asked whether they sell any "gun ammunition" (the girl didn't understand the phrase "rimfire ammo").. She put me on hold with their cheezy el-cheapo golden oldies for about 10 minutes and transferred me to a VMB belonging to somebody in auto parts
-Called again, reached the same girl, explained that I got transferred to auto parts and after another 5min or so on hold, finally got to speak to somebody in sporting goods who told me that they don't carry ammunition, don't know who does and that I should just start calling various CT stores and figure it out that way

F#@% them and the horses they rode in on! If that's the kinda service I can expect from them, they know where they can go shove their "customer service". If SFRC had what I wanted, I would have just ordered from them, but I got the last box of Fed Champions.

Edit #2: Somebody at the range mentioned decent target ammo at $300 for 5000rds.. Does anyone know what he was talking about? (definitely nothing by CCI).

its the CT in Elliot lake that had the high price. the closest wallymart for me is in sudbury
getting ammo out here is bad but on the up side, lotsa places to go shooting

all the target ammo is usually pricey, i don't think there are any deals on that... my cz seems to shoot everything pretty well
