22LR Barrel liners

Does Ron Smith manufacture and sell 22LR liners? Anybody have an email for him?

Anybody else sell liners in Canada? I've tried Rusty Woods and he no longer imports and sells liners nor barrels.

I don't think any one is importing them because of the high US export fee. I gave up years ago.

Tongue in cheek or not, they are the wrong bore size for 22LR, OK for 22WMR, and like to be a faster twist than either is really made to run.

That's in addition to seldom being of useful length, and often made by forging, which while it makes a durable and effective barrel, sometimes makes for more misery than most wish to deal with, while trying to make a liner from.
