My original thread stated $14 or under,my cost of living has gone way up specially my rent.

Well AE was like 17$ and the Thunderbolts were like 14$ or so.

I dont think you are gonna get cheaper then that.

I can't understand why Wal-Mart won't stock Dynapoints any more. They could be selling that stuff by the truckload.

That's what I can't figure out here in Yellowknife. You can see in my earlier post that I mentioned that Wally World does not sell Federal ammo anymore but they have the shelves about fully stocked with Winchester. The Dynapoints are always there. The price is in line with what the Federal used to cost but I prefer the Fed ammo, as did my 10-22 and Mk.II.

Bought some American eagle from a local gun shop a couple weeks ago. wal-mart and canadian tire didn't have bricks so I whent there. wal-mart said they where just sold out and Canadian tire said they don't sell the bricks anymore. So I ended up spending about $20 for a brick of 400 38 grain hollow point, copper plated rounds. Not what I wanted but it was all they had so i took it. I bought a box of 25 12 ga from Wal-mart for $6 someting plus tax the same day, Thats why I want wal-mart cause everything is so cheap. id go to the gun shop for hunting rounds and stuff but just for muckin about I don't give a rats ass and just look for the cheapest i can find.

The local Canadian Tires & Wal*Marts in my area both sell 12 gauge #8 shells in a box of 100 for only $20.

Just was at CTC and the kids asked if ammo was sold there. We steered towards the ammo cabinet and found Win 22 short 29 grain high velocity brick for $2.39 (that's two dollars and thirty nine cents). I immediately bought the only brick they had. IIRC any 22 shorts I came across were in the neighbourhood of $6. Am I excited for nothing?

Edit: $6 for 50, not for 500
