I did a search for this product on google and found a bit of info for it and I also found an old thread here for this and it was for sale at frontier firearms, does anyone know who has one for sale now ?

Tanfoglio EAA Witness 22 LR Conversion

When I put it into frontier's search it brings up a kit for a 1911 conversion, so do I need to order one specific to the jericho or will this work for me ?

A 1911 kit will not even come close to working on a Jericho.

The Tanfoglio/Witness and Jericho are both based on the CZ design. But while clones they do have minor differences. I suspect it would be a lucky situation if the Tanfoglio kit fit. But at least it would be closer and it's possible that it either might go on or that with minor changes by a gunsmith might work. But then there's the issue of finding one. And even then it would be a gamble that it fits right on with no other changes needed.

And with the cost of many conversion kits I'd say that you're better off to just buy a complete .22 pistol.

Fascinating video.

Much of my skepticism in my earlier post was based on my experience with Mr Murphy getting his fingers into the pie.

The look of the kit was VERY familiar. I've got a Force .22 and a CZ so I figured "WTH" I'll try the swap. I can now say for certain that the Force .22 upper does not fit onto a 9mm CZ frame. It slides on just fine but the slide is stopped by the 9mm ejector hitting the lower side edge of the rail on the slide that cocks back the hammer. The Force 99 frame that the Force .22 comes with has an ejector that sits just a hair more outward. We're talking about .01 inch or so.

The Tanfoglio magazine also does not latch into place. there's a very slight but important difference in the placement of the notches for the magazines. And that's something I found back when looking for CZ mags. The CZ mags work in the Jericho but not the other way around. The Jericho mags won't latch in the CZ.

So apparently you Tanfoglio and Jericho owners can mix and match but us CZ owners are somewhat out of the loop.

So apparently the Jericho is a close clone to the Tanfoglio but those two

IRUNGUNS American site lists them. But I don't see them on their Canadian site. I assume they can get them(But assumptions). It's listed @ $150, but I assume(there we go again) it's listed at US$.

I might try it down the road when I get the some $ flowing again.

Can you post a link for this ? I cant find it.

Thanks
