Well it's certainly been a mystery to me! I got this one as part of a 3 bolt package on CGN. I've since identified the other two but the make of this one has eluded me despite my numerous attempts to determine its manufacture. I focused on three features to narrow my search.

straight bolt handle
shape and design of knurled cocking piece of bolt
I started looking at single shot rifles of North American manufacture and reviewed internet photos of most of the domestic makes then did the same for as many types of European arms that came to mind. No luck so far. Perhaps the answer is right in front of me and I can't see it.Maybe the objective eye of someone else will aid in its identication. I sure could use some help here. Here's a few pics.
