22mag ammo by the brick online? Any advice?

i just picked up a 22magnum and i plan on putting a bunch of rounds through it this spring/summer.

can i get some suggestions on ammo by the brick? i see a lot of 50rnd boxes but no bricks.

Usually not much discount offered anyways especially after you factor in shipping.

I have found CCI Maxi Mag 40 gr HP's work the best in my CZ, and bought 500 rounds for $129.99($12.99/BX of 50) at the local Canadian Tire.

Your best to try all the ammo you can and find what your gun likes, then go from there.
 
i checked all the suppliers on cgn....very little offered.

i hoped someone might have another option.

and yeah, good idea, i'll get a few boxes of differnt ammo and see what the rifle likes then take it from there.

in the meantime, if anyone has any ideas, keep them coming!
 
Wally world and ctc both have it here at reasonable prices! Not sure about wallmart but ctc can and USUALLY will, order some in for you!
I just looked on ctc site and they show a few different types of .22 mag. you will have to go to your local store and order, if you want bulk, again, not sure how much cheaper it is!

thanks, i've purchased some 50 rnd boxes from canadian tire recently. price wasn't too bad.

i heard the location nearest to me (sydney) was getting an outfitters this spring. the lady in sporting goods told me so i hope her information is accurate!

we definately need something down this way.

Us too, not much in Halifax, That may mean yours will be selling rifles , some are selling sks and svt 40's.! Cool!

Bulk isnt much cheaper, ive used cci tnt that work awesomegot a deal of $10/50, $15.49 hornady vmax that work well, even winchester white box hp at $10.49 for 50 at sail, only bulk ive seen is 500 rnd bricks at $124.99
