.22mag Ammo Prices?

Home Hardware has some on sale for 4(or 5)bucks for 50. Just plain old winchester brand, maybe fmj.

Haven't bought any in a while, wondering what you guys pay.
Keep in mind this ammo would be used for plinking in a iron sighted 9422m.
 
That is a pretty good deal regardless of the ammo. $9-15\50 dollars is common. I like the FMJ stuff. Too bad Federal discontinued the 50 grain FMJ. That round would zip through coyotes out to 75-100m.
 
wicked deal. I was looking at 22WMR at wholesale and it was about 11-12$ for 50.

I'd buy em all if I were you !
 
That at the Home Hardware in Souris? You mean they actually have something in stock, and it's not just "coming in on the truck"? :D
 
They have .22lr, .22mag, 410, 12ga and some 22-250. A very large selection lol

They're selling 410 for $8/25rds. I shouldn't of sold my 410.
 
$5 for 50rds of JHP
$5.50 for 50rds of FMJ
Winchester SuperX brand. Got 12 boxes altogether, all they had on the shelf.
600rds for $73, after taxes.

Killer Kanuck, the winchester brand 22-250 is like ~$20/20rds there.

Why ammo price increase so much ??

.22 is a long term production (I means it's not a new caliber)

this summer, the dynapoints (500 rounds) go from 17,99$ to 27,99$ at wal mart

WTF ???
 
Oh yea, a couple of the boxes were missing cartridges. Only one or two, easily noticeable.
I guess someone at HH owns a .22mag rifle?
 
haha, amazes me the amount of Souris people on here.
I'll have to remember to buy before posting on my findings, just in case :p
