24/7 Taurus shoots too high, options?

Hi all,

I just purchased a used Taurus 24/7 Pro 9mm. Took it out to the range for the first time. I shoots too high, I have to aim about 8" low to make it onto the paper @ about the 15yard and 25yard marks. The Heine sights look to be only windage adjustable. Other than swapping the sights, is there another way to fix the current sights?

Just need to change front sight only. You need a taller one

Kinda figured that changing a sight was my only choice,
