I have a 240 and mine likes IMR7828 ssc. It is a 26" Hart with a 1:8 twist. I have tried a lot of other powders and this consistently produces sub moa results with the bullets I use. I shoot 100 grain hornady interlocks @3425fps in mine, and this gun took 4 whitetail does this fall with no problems at all. shot ranges were from 140 to 325 yards, all went basically about 3 feet (straight down). all were heart/lung shots.
A good friend of mine has one, and his prefers h4831sc, and a 90 grain nosler balistic tip @3400 fps. It is a factory 24" 1:10. His gun killed 2 does and 1 buck this year, at similar ranges with similar results. His load is 1/2 moa.
I am going to try some Speer deep curls and some Nosler accubombs in mine. I have tried some bergers (95 and 105) but could not get them to shoot very well. I am going to try them again at some point here with some different powders.
BTW, I have shot a 100 grain nosler partition with decent accuracy results for hunting, they consistently were around 1 moa, velocity was the same as the 100 interlocks, but the interlocks grouped a little tighter. Since i was not going after anything bigger than deer, I chose the interlocks. If I was going after anything bigger or tougher, I would just throw some partitions in and go. The point of impact for the partitions is pretty much the same as the interlocks out of my gun.
I hope this helps! This is one of the most finnicky guns I have ever loaded for. Almost drove me insane a few times! in the end it is worth it! It is easy to get sub moa loads at reduced capacity, but once you start pushing it to its full capability it becomes very finnicky.
