Do a net search for headspace guages. You can rent 'em from several places, Stateside, with no fuss. No border issues for tools.
 
Far as I know there are no places that rent reamers or gauges to Canadians any more due to the longer turnover time for Canadian orders, but there are many places that sell them. Try PT&G ( pacific tool and gauge) as they will most likely have one in stock and are quite timely getting orders out. You could try Winchester_070 ( thereamerguy@yahoo.ca) a member and dealer for PT&G .
