I have a savage 11 in .243 and I would like to get a pretty good scope for it. I'm wondering if there is a scope out there that has turrets for bullet drop. The round that I would like to compensate for bullet drop is a 58 grain win v-max. What are some good scope choices?

Could get a Leupold scope with CDS turrets. You send in the info to them with the ballistics of the round you're using and they'll build the turret for you at no charge. (Well...I suppose the charge is included in the purchase of the scope haha)

What would that cost?

Buy a scope with dialable turrets, and learn your come ups.

I've been having very good luck with the Nikon Monarch 3 line of late.

Depends what kind of magnification you want...can get a VX3 4.5-14x40mm with side focus and CDS turrets with a Duplex reticle for around $1000.

Nikons are great as well. Just purchased a Monarch 3 6-24x50 with a BDC reticle for my 6.5 Creedmoor. They also have a free "Spot On" app that you can use to figure out your holdovers and come with different size turrets that you can change out.

This stuff all works well if you know your muzzle velocity, true bc of your bullet.
And then it can all be next to useless when elevation, RH, barometric pressure change.
Then head or tail winds, up or down drafts will also make your fancy pre calibrated dial no more useful than a good come ups table.

Nothing replaces shooting in conditions, and that requires trigger time. It all requires trigger time. Without the requisite trigger time, all the guchi this that, or the other do dad is just money spent in the wrong area.

That works great but you'll have to buy a different turret for every day of the year, for each location you shoot at and for each load you plan to shoot. (keep in mind that velocity changes through out your barrels life)

Your much better off learning how to use a ballistic calculator and getting a scope with exposed turrets in MOA or MRAD or with a reticle you can hold off with.

I have a Vortex Viper HS-LR 2.5-10x32 FFP on my .243. It works great.

I have a 4-12X40 Leupold on mine. If you acquired one whose reticle has hold offs for range and wind, such as one of the ballistic reticles such as a Horus, a Boone and Crocket, or a mildot, your outfit would be quite useful when shooting live targets at variable ranges.
