I currently have a 204,223,22-250 and 25-06 and am considering buying a 243. I do not own a savage rifle yet. What are you opinions on the Savage
Model 16FCSS in .243?

Great trigger, rate of twist will support the heavier hunting bullets. Stock is kinda flexable, so-so, but ok for a field rifle. You won't cry when it gets marked up. Stainless, good.
Why .243? Just for a .24 calibre to flesh out your small-rifle collection?
I have a Savage BVSS in .223, so I do know a little about Savage.
