looking for load advice for a win.243 wssm. have a model 70 FW. wanted to use 100g bullets for deer. tried several powders, charges and OALs with little sucess 2.5-3 moa. before driving over the son of a gun i tried 75g V-max. not a 3 shot group under 1moa. with 42.1g h380 @2.300 shot 0.19 inch@ 100. so the gun does have varmint potential. are the 100g hornady btsp too long to stabilize in 1-10? are there other/ better -+ 100g (big game)bullets anyone has had any luck with. it shoots less than 1 moa @ 100. with nos. 70g spitzers and sierra 85g game kings. has anyone tried the 85 sierras on white tails? thanks ron.

I shoot a model 70 stealth in 243wssm.I use 44 grs of h4350 with 90gr scenars from lapua.My rifle has been precision tuned and shoots 1/4 moa 5 shot groups at 100 yds.I use this rifle for F class comps and shoot rugular out to 1000 yds with these bullets and this load.
