Will it get to 800yds....YES. will it do so with a high degree of accuracy....DEPENDS.
Will it be alot of fun....YOU DAMN RIGHTS.
Don't worry about what will or will not. Just crank up the scope and have some fun. Once you get the bug and really want to move into a higher level, then sweat the details.
For now, the bang....wait, wait, splat is all that matters.
I would suggest the Hornady 117gr SST as likely your highest BC bullet that doesn't cost a mint. There might be a Berger or Sierra but haven't seen much in the 25cal.
