25-303

Iam interrested in making a 25-303. Do any of you have one and on what action. Thougt it would be interresting to use it as a deer rifle

I haven't got a 25-303 yet but have a 35-303, 6.5-303 Imp on Ross M10 actions and a 6-303 Imp on a Martini action. All I have work well and the 25 -303 would be in the same class as a 257 Roberts so would be fine for deer

Newt, I have a 25-03 Epps AI that is built on a custom P14 action that is a very good shooter, it is the same as a 257AI as per loads that I have used, great deer or varmit rifle and I would not be afraid to go after bigger game with it using 117-120 bullets. Just my thoughts. Johnny G1

It is a popular wildcat in Australia. But they call it the 303/25. Just the thing for shooting their roos and ferral pigs.
