I'm looking to load some 25-35 shells for an old 25-35 savage and cant seem to find any load data for it in any books that I have. Just looking to see if anyone has any load data for it

My load is with a Hornady # 2550 , 117 gr. bullet . 23.5 gr. of 3031 & a WLR primmer . This is not a top load , but close .
I am shooting it in a new 1894 WINCHESTER RIFLE .

you might have to save the pictures to view on your computer. Imgur keeps turning them on me and making them hard to read.
 
I have been using 22 grains of Varget, large rifle primer with 117gr Hornady 2552. I use this with either Winchester 25-35 cases or 6.5x52R. I shoot it with a Marlin 1893 25-36.
Happy with the results.

Ya I'll use it for now but if I can find the book than I would just like to have it for reference as well.

Loaded up some 105 Gr cast gas checked bullets with IMR 3031 - very accurate.

I have reformed allot of brass of the years. What is the best method to make 25-35 brass from 30-30 brass? Very difficult to make without any creases.

I know this is an old post but just in case ken1989 is watching; run the brass through a 32/40 FL die first with the expander removed. It helps with the case taper.

The 32-40 full length size die (expander removed) helps with the body taper because the 25-35 is more like a necked down 32-40 than a necked down 30-30. But it would still be a good idea to use the 7-30 waters die to help with the neck before full length sizing in the 25-35 die. It worked for me anyway. Make sure to anneal after fire forming because you have worked the brass pretty hard.
 
Hodgdon reloading online actually has quite a few loads for the 25-35 if you use their powders (includes IMR and win). That’s where I got mine. As to forming brass from 30-30. I was too cheap to buy any intermediate dies but have been able to minimize creases. I mark the base of the brass with 4 equally (ish) space lines (90degrees). Lube the case lightly with Lee lube, insert with slight pressure into the die, pull out, rotate the case 90 degrees, insert and repeat, after a full revolution wipe the case off, relube and start again. Do this until the case is fully sized. It may take a few tries to get an idea of how much to size with each step but if you still have creases just decrease you steps/sizing force. It’s quite time consuming but I don’t go through much 25-35 brass so not a big deal. Also I have found annealing the mouth and shoulder helps.
