I went and done it now. Due to snowy conditions i decided to use my down time to dehorn the Norinco 1911. I had some trouble with a grip bushing and decided that sence I'm going to order some trigger parts I'd order some new ones and sacrifice it to get it out. As some of you know they are threaded for something metric. Now I'm short a bushing.
1. Does anyone know the pitch of the 6mm thread Norinco uses for their unique grip bushing?
2. Anyone in the maritimes have a .255 - 60tpi tap I can borrow or run through my pistol for me before I end up buying a 30usd tap for a single use?
