the matchkings were working good for me in the 270wsm today, made some good contact on my 600yd gong, and on a rock at 915yds

Yeah, but they are cheaper than Accubonds or TSX's. Not saying that they are comparable, but very effective just as well. One doesn't have to spend huge amounts of cash to get the job done. Time at the range will outdo anyone's bullet performance.

Big deal?, different tactics? .... Gatehouse, just what kind of areas are you talking about here? I can see shooting Taliban on the run, heck, I might even giv'em a head start, but deer? I thaught this was supposed to be sporting?

I bought my wife a 270WSM a few years back and she loves it. Just before last season I upgraded to a 270WSM in a Winchester 70 Sporter and I love the ballistics of this round I have made a connection with a deer out at 550 yards during last season. I will have this caliber in the field with me this season. Person I would pick the 270WSM over the 270WCF.
