.270 Winchester Brass

What is it worth new? A local guy wants $40 for a 50 count bag. Is it even worth buying winchester or should I put my pennies towards better brass?

If it's brand new brass.....................that's about the going price these days.
Once fired (or more), I'd pay no more than about 30 cents each for it.
