.270wsm best deal on ammo

Hi there,
I was looking for suggestions on best price for .270wsm. I have seen boxes of 20 for $55-60. At that price I will keep the brass and try to find a reloading buddy, but I need a starting point. Or just buy a bag of brass and start there?? I figure I would shoot 50-100 rounds a year. Any feedback appreciated.

I would find a buddy and reload. Just buy some dies, keep your brass and buy the bullets and powder. My guess your cost would be a buck a round. Premium ammo for my 6.5x55 is over 40 bucks with reloading I can load woodleigh for around a 1.25 a round.

The cost of factory stuff is nuts, I just got a 7WSM and no way can I see myself paying that much loot for 20 rounds.

Check out WalMart or Canadian Tire Both have it usually

Spend the $$ for the WSM...me I would go Winchester Supreme 140gr Accubonds or the 150gr XP3's.

Me, I shot the 140gr ABs as the XP3's were not relaesed back then and I reload the AB's since 2005.
