Ive been told the bayonet I have is for a ww1 enfield.
Total length 28" , blade is 22"11/16 tip to hilt.
Scabard has 4" steel tip. The open end has 3"3/8 steel with oval button which I asume is for belt hook.
Markings are two arrows pointing at each other, WU then a crown and 18 over 13. The other side has a knigths helmut .
The hilt has three diget # and a single# on scroll.
Anyone know which model enfield this is for.
A full dressed pic would be nice.
Thanks LN

Sounds like a P1856 or P1860 for the short Enfield or short Snider. What is the inside diameter of the muzzle ring?

"...for the..." Could well be. I think they used the same bayonet. Or very similar. The muzzle ring diameter will certainly tell.

Thanks Sunray for the site.
What I have is a pattern 1860 sword bayonet / yataghan sword bayonet.
Identical to the one in the picture , my scabard looks in better shape.
Now what does it fit.
Muzzle ring inside diameter is 13/16" or 21mm
