280 Rem for moose?

I have shot moose with a 280 rem. with both federal 150 partitions and 160 trophy bonded bear claws. Both worked great. Would not be afraid to try the new 140&160 grain Accubond's. Shot placement is the key. I have seen a few moose shot with 243's & 6mm's in farm land with good success
