Thought I put this link up. Check out the link and Facebook page. I am planning on going. If people want to car pool I will be driving from Parry sound. Send me a PM and we can work something out. There are only 38 spots so you will have to act fast.
Would be sweet to take a Canadian team over.

Looks like it is a good match with lots of prizes.

I am thinking of attending this match. The range is only hour or so from my house. Hopefully I can get a Form 6 in time for it and maybe I'll see if my buddy would be interested to go. PM sent.

Made the trip down to Port Huron this past weekend to shoot in the 2nd Annual Michigan Precision Rifle Challenge. There was three of us that went, Sean D, Terry P, and myself. The shoot was held at the Blue water sportsmans assocation club only 25 min from the border. The club has every kind of shooting from shotgun to artillery. They have a set 600 yard range but our longest shot was 655. As long as we had a back berm we could shoot in that direction. The Canadian CFO would of had a cow if they saw how the range was being utilized, but still in a very safe manner.
We shot a lot of great stages, from off a ramp(roof top), truck hoods, through windows, barricades, off downed trees and prone. This was a huge learning curve for the three of use, that shoot the ORA precision matches and some FClass. Speaking for myself I have never learned so much in 2 day of shooting, I am sure it has made me a better shooter. I plan on going back next year if this looks like something you want to try send me a PM and I will keep you in the loop.

If you want to learn more about this shoot check out the link above for the tread on snipers hide. Or on there Facebook page.
Hear is a link to some of the pictures from the comp.

Was tempted to go, but didn't really want to make the drive if it wasn't a PRS style shoot. I see they're doing the positions. Was the score a combination of time and hits? Was there multiple target engagements at different distance under time pressure? Any UKD?

John and I want to go down and do some of the big shoots next year, at least one of the big ones like the Hide cup, Gap Grind, K&M, etc...

All stages had a time limit, if you came in under the time you did not gain additional point. Almost all stages had multiple targets at different distance. If it was not done this way then you would shoot the same targets from different positions. There was no UKD targets. One stage you could not use your turrets for.
The days did run a little slow but they are talking about moving the shoot to a larger range so we can run more then 2 relays, and get out to maybe 1000+.
