Hey guys, thought Id do a proper introduction since its going to be a while before I can join EE it looks like 
(gonna take more then a few one word posts lol) Maybe I can Meet someone to go shooting with i the mean time or find someone who would like to chat about something in common to help get me accepted around these parts!
Im from Southern Ontario and am a member of two Clubs/Ranges. Waterford Sportsman Club and Triggers and Bows. Im pretty new to the whole firearm scene as We never had firearms in the house growing up. Closest I got was being heavily into paintball with my team Paint For Pleasure!!
What got me into Firearms was unfortunately my step father passing away (great man!). I inherited is handguns and in order to keep them I needed to get my RPAL which of course I did! I inherited a S&W Model 686 .357 magnum double action revolver, a S&W 1911 .45 ACP Semi Auto and a S&W Model 22-A .22LR Semi auto pistol. I think he was a Smith and Wesson fan !!
Since then my first firearm (and rifle) purchase of my own as a Colt Expanse M4 which I love!! thing has been flawless and just loves the cheap steel case ammo I blast thru her! I bought both Bushnell AR optics line 1-4x scope and TRS-25 red dot and since I wasn't sure which one Id like better, well I prefer the scope and is what I am currently running on it. (Just purchased the Magpul B.A.D lever for it from Select shooting supplies for it this weekend)
The next rifle I purchased was a CZ 858 ! (Did lots of research and then luckily found one local thru usedfirearms.ca and made mad dash for it before it got snatched up) I also bought proper wood furniture kit for it and now it competes with the AR for attention
The last gun I bought was a good ole trusty Mossberg Maverick 88 Security shotgun with 18.5" barrel . Now this thing is a blast!! I just love blowing stuff to smitheriens with that baby!! Something about a shotgun is just sooo damn fun.
Right now those are my only guns. I want to get into skeet and trap shooting but would like to either get a longer 28" barrel for my shotgun or just another shotgun for that purpose. The only thing I have done so far is paper targets at the range and shooting cans and bottles on crown land. Would like to get into Action ranges and other types of sport shooting. I really have no interest in hunting as I love animals and just dont enjoy taking the life from them. Nothing against ppl who hunt as I know lots of them and understand why they love it and the benefit and advantage of having those skills, just not for me right now even though I would like the knowledge and the know how for the survival skills that come with it.
Right now Im contemplating my next purchase and am leading toward either a S&W SD9 VE 9mm semi auto pistol or a Pietta 1873 .357 magnum single action revolver (cant decide between 4.75" or 5.5" barrel) or some type of lever action rifle. (love lever action)
Anyways thats enough blabbing for now, If you wanna chat about anything ive mentioned or are a member of one of these ranges let me know or just ask! or show me a pic of what you got! Im going to upload some pics of my toys here soon as I log in with my phone since thats where the photos are
