2x new M305s inspection

Some people like myself enjoy the ####ing around
I used to shoot ipsc with 1911s/2011s and mod/fit most parts myself to upgrade them
Id almost enjoy more modding than shooting
For now taking a break off ipsc so just shooting a plain G17 im keeping bone stock

These M305 are filling the void with my tinkering needs!

On another note there is a vendor here that already sells them pretuned/full warrantied if you can't be bothered with that but enjoy the platform

1. I am not building rifles to resell, when close friends want some i lend them a hand, with a disclaimer that im not a smith but trying my best for them to get good rifles
2. If these rifles aren't your thing then GTFO

This is why i cant be bothered with the m14 way to much ####ing around to get them to shoot

For some of is this is part of the fun of the rifle. Not everyone will agree which is why its good to have choices.

most people i know that have M-305's just shoot them. No tinkering involved.

That was my buddies approach on a shorty dominion arms.
He only shot 308, brass cased, never checked anything before using.
300 rounds later bolt jumped out of receiver, missing a lug!
I agree they won't all do that, but it's not necessarily a rifle ready out of the box

WOW. I must admit the latest ones are less well assembled. The last 3 shorties I have seen are all over indexed. One has half the tip of the firing pin missing. It fired reloads fine but half the milsurp ammo (Portuguese) needed double strikes.

I've had quite a few of these rifles through my hands over the last few years, and while I luckily never had a really bad one there were certainly two that were exceptional compared with the rest. Their machining and assembly quality surpasses what I've seen from (the modern) Springfield Armory - keepers for sure.

If one {China] is going to copy a gun do it right...............the genuine imitations are just that.......some better than others....Harold
