3/8 dovetail canted moa bases?

Anyone found any way to get some cant on a rifle with a dovetail attachment. I'd like to get +-30moa can't on my setup so I can dial further. It's on a norico ns522. Ideally though too I'd like the scope to not be super high either.

I bought a dovetail to picitanny adapter, would you be able to use that with a low profile set of rings that had the cant? I haven't tried anything on my 522 yet, I was hoping to use the same scope on a couple of guns, just haven't got there yet.
 
Ideally the base would have some cant. Think the most you can get with rings would be 20ish with Burris rings. Ps. I'm using a 30mm scope
