3 GUN near montreal ???????

There are none that I know of. Could have something to do with forward movement being forbidden by the Quebec CFO.

The CF bases sometimes have them (Valcartier), but you have to pretty much luck out and sign up before they fill up.

Your best bet is the US
 
Forget about 3 Gun in quebec unless its on Canadian soil, the CFO will not allow any movement with a rifle or shotgun!

In 1989, when Sam Elkas was Minister of Public Safety, he was convinced by the owner of a private club (the now defunct one on 32nd ave in Lachine) to ban forward movement due to the safety risks in the OTHER clubs, who didn't have HIS facilities' safety precautions. This owner was also a big contributor to the Provincial Liberals and to Sam Elkas as well.

Whamo! Every other range in Quebec lost the right to move forward except for his. Naturally, every other range suffered, some closed. Eventually though, this owner's hubris cost him a few LEO training contracts and the goodwill of the community when word got out and he lost everything. But the damage was done.

Ever since, it's not a big enough issue to have the decision revisited.
