On my target rig I started with a Sightron III 8-32x56 LRMOA-2 reticle,
but wanted to play with a FFP
I got the SIII 6-24x50 LR FFP /MOA-2 reticle (had a Vortex Viper PST FFP for a while but just didn't like it (no specific reason) so I sold it)
Just purchased a Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x56 NP- R1 reticle
Have not had a chance to use the last 2
Most shooting is out to 600 yards so it will be interesting to spend some time playing with them to see which one I really like the best and ... Sell the rest

In some ways I hope my eyes can't tell the difference between the NF and the Sightron ... I plan on spending a good amount of time looking through them in the next few weeks

I've jumped on the FFP bandwagon. It's handy. I wouldn't own a scope without zero stop and FFP now I don't think.

You'll probably like the NF a bit better because of it's sturdy feel, better low light ability, and looks. If you shoot in good light all the time and want to save the cash, the Sightron is a good alternative.

I've shot plenty with the SIII 8-32, 6-24 and 5.5-22x50 and 56 NSX's.

Also worth mentioning the SIII Reticle is pretty good but I'd like to see more options. Not a huge fan of the NSX NP-R1. It works, but I don't like the 2 MOA horizontal. Reticles are like women though.
