If anyone can quickload this for me it would be much appreciated.

I'm using a .30-06 Springfield, Norma brass(more case capacity), WLR Primers, H1000, Berger 230gr OTM out of a 24" barrel. Water capacity 69.38.

3.440" OAL, .010" off the lands.

I was previously using H4350 but I'm getting impressive results with a compressed load of H1000.

I believe what Hornady is doing with their Superformance line is simply compressing slow burning powder to generate more velocity.

Hornady is using powders reloaders can't get.
Max loads of H1000 for a 220 are compressed. Compression usually starts about half way into the range. H4350 gives higher velocities than the H1000 with a 220. Not by much though. Only 23 fps. Starts 25 fps faster. Considerably more pressure.
And QuickLoad is NOT a ballistics lab.

After several months of testing, I can easily push the 230gr Berger OTM over 2610 fps. The slow burning variety,H1000, IMR 7828,H4831, RL22 are all giving good velocity.

The .30-06 is not being used to it's full potential. There is not enough data published for the Hornady 225gr and the Berger 230gr even though the .30-06 can push them fast enough even with low pressure.

There is still plenty of room in the box magazine, I can still feed no problem out of a Weatherby Vanguard long action.
