30.06 and VV550 Powder?

Anyone having success using vihtavuori 550 powder in the 3006 with 150gr bullets...

I know there are other (maybe better?) powders for this case but I have a healthy supply of it on hand and want to use it.

I have used N550 in this application....it works fine. IIRC, I was using around 60 grains behind the 150 Partition, but am away from my notes ATM.
Very close in burn rate to W760/H414. I found it to work extremely well in the 8x57 behind the 180 Ballistic Tip. Dave.

A good powder for the 30-06. Start with 58 and work up.

One of my rifles is max at 61. The other at 59.

Over 3200 fps with the 150.
