30-06 Lapua Brass ---> 280 AI

I have done a few of these but what is the downside is of using the shorter '06 brass over time if there is any?

I have a good fireform load, as I do convert 270 brass to 280AI, so it is not a waste of materials as it's good for practice.

I form 30-06 to 280 Ack on a regular basis.

Zero negative effects from the slightly shorter neck!!

Much better than paying $2.50/case for Nosler!!

Thanks, usually with the Lapua brass I can get a higher percentage of pieces within +/- 1 grain, other brands have a much wider variance.
