A 25 caliber one..........
Seriously though what action do you have to build on? There are dozens of barrel makers out there, all of whom seem to have a decent to good reputation. Do you want a heavy varmint barrel or a light varmint barrel or just a hunting weight barrel? What bullets do you intend to use as this will determine the correct rifling twist?

It's a simple barrel swap. 25/06 is a great caliber. I have a 1-10 twist 22" barrel and can shoot 75 gr to 125 gr bullets. The 125 gr were from matrix or Marshall. I can't remember exactly. I bought them from a Canadian bullet maker out west
