I ordered a Ruger M77 MkII all weather and it says 30-06 sprg on the ruger website. Does this mean that 30-06, 30-06 spfld, and 30-06 sprd are all the same?

Not really much to worry - standard 30-06 ammo will chamber and fire safely in an AI chamber, and '06 AI ammo (which is not available factory loaded anywhere, and never has been) will ONLY chamber in an AI gun
