30-30 Cast Bullet Loads

the lyman 47th book has some good ones listed. I shoot cast with perfect accuracy at the range and hunting deer.

Lyman 311041 with wheel weight alloy. 27 grains of 3031.
Fired several thousand through my old Marlin 336 with great results.
It's about 2000 fps but accurate and no leading in my rifle.

Thanks, pjs. Straight answer to a straight question. I just happen to have a few lbs of 3031 on hand and I have a friend that casts all kinds of bullets commercially.

I'm gifting a young shooter with a Lee loading set up and one of his rifles is a Henry 30-30. He's a budding CAS shooter so he has to shoot lead in our long range events.
