Looking for value of a 30-40us/krag production date 1901 its 1 of 54739 made that year it in fair condition, could be A shooter
also i have a excellent shape 6.5x55 that i know its a krag from Europe date on it is 1899 production # is 44390 that all i know about value is unknown, this gun maybe never been fired is clean and i think the stock has been change a little art the front of the stock because it seems off from pictures
 
Condition is everything as is a complete rifle or one missing parts.

Fair is not good enough description. Your idea of fair and a collector's idea of fair may be completely different.

In truth, an NRA rated FAIR only rifle is a beater and right at the bottom of the barrel as far as value goes.
