30/5 7.62x39 AR-15 Magazines - where are you getting yours?

Just ran a quick query with some of our sponsors here and nobody has them or is interested in bringing them in. I've also tried to contact C-products and they aren't interested in (or capable of?) pinning them to ship to Canada.

I've seen a couple of rifles on here with them loaded in, so the question is - where are you getting them from?

I have a WTB in the EE, but maybe I can get some info here.

30 pinned to 5 came from TNW's 7.62 X 39 uppers that was brought in by Marstar, not too sure if TNW will continue pinning them or just packagethe upper with the C-Products' 5 rounders.

Best bet is to call Marstar.

yes that works,thank you, however that is not the only issue with these mags
I'll call a couple of suppliers and post what I find.:D

If you snip a couple of coils off the spring you can get 5 rounds into the original XCR 7.62x39 mags. Just don't snip too many coils.

CProducts, LLC is in the process of winding up their corporate operations... have been for a couple months now.

My understanding is that their manufacturing capability is gone... at this point they are simply selling off what inventory remains and any product returns.

Haven't seen any updates from Marstar on their 7.62x39 mags.

Has anyone dealt with Ammunition Storage Components LLC??

ASC isn't a registered Exporter so they can't legally apply for export permits let alone ship anything out of the US.
