30 Ackley barrel work

I want to have a German 98 Mauser rebarreled to 30 ackley, this action was rebarrled back in the 70's to .270 Win. it is in excellent condition with a welded bolt and custom trigger guard, manufacter date was 1940. It has a 20" barrel on it now and I would like to change to 22".

Questions

1) Can an action be rebarrled twice ?

2) What gunsmith could do this work? I live in Lloydminster

3) What is the delivery for custom dies? (last time I ordered some it was about 9 mons.)

4) What would be a ball park cost figure for this work including reblueing?

2- Gaillard would probably be closest to you (in SK)
3- depends who you order from. Call around and check on line, 30-06 AI dies aren't THAT uncommon.
4- $400-700, - dan

complete with the dies, no I will not sell the dies
-they go with the gun and some brass and ammo.
