Anyone shooting 30 BR? I just chambered a bbl, what a neat cartridge. Read about it here:

Looking for different loads that worked for you. Heavy bullet, subsonic, cast etc. Plenty of loads for light weight BR bullets online. Interesting how efficient this little gem is. It will push a 130 grain bullet faster then a .260 rem can push a 123 grain scenar using 10 grains less powder.

I use one for cast bullet benchrest and testing cast bullet accuracy, best accuracy to date has been with 210gr Eagan MX3 bullet and 26grs. VV n-133, Lapua 6mm br cases, necked up and turned. I use Redding comp. bushing neck die and RCBS comp. seater, some 100 yd. groups in the .250" range. All charges are weighed and within less then 1/10 gr.diff.

I love my 30BR. I built it from an old Remington 700 with a Lilja barrel. I shoot 115 gr Bergers into .3xx-5xx inch pretty monotonously with 33.6 grains of H-4198 @ 3035 fps. I have pushed 125 gr Speer TNTs at 3120 fps, but accuracy is about 1 inch. Twist rate is 1:17.5 in a 23 inch pipe.

I haven't shot anything heavier and the furthest I have tested is 700 yards.
Extremely forgiving round to shoot. It does require a bit of tuning, but has a very large tune "window". When the tune is right, they shoot phenomelly well in many different conditions. I even managed to win a few 400 meter matches with it.

I personally spent more on the components to make the ammo from start to finish, than I did the actual rifle. Redding bushing match dies and comp seater. The brass itself. The sizer expander from 6mm - 30cal. Neck turner and then case trimmer. A lot of work to make 100 pieces of brass but well worth it with the end results.

I've got a 6BR BBL on order... when I wear that one out I want to try 30BR. The 6Br and 30Br cartridges look really cool, and seem to be (as the online guru's report) very easy to load for. 107gr bullets and 30gr Varget for the 6Br, as an example.
