30 mm lightweight tally rings

I'm looking for a set of Tally matte black medium height 30 mm rings to fit on a Tikka rifle. I'm in the Calgary area and I've tried Wholesale Sports to no avail. Is there anyone in Alberta or anywhere that sells these. Any leads would be appreciated.
