The small benefits of this one are not going to justify 3-4X the cost for everything. Sounds like its right about where a hot loaded 300wm would sit, factory 300 wea. Is no belt that much of a issue? Getting close to sanity for here today and gone tomorrow barrel life. If this one went into a bunch of other manufacturers rifles, then it would be my choice as the best of the Nosler proprietary calibers. Only in nosler rifles, then both the cal and the rifles are simply sideshow Bob.

Maybe next year they will do a 32 Nosler ( 8mm = .323 )
Followed by a 34 (.338) and a 36 ( 9mm) maybe???

I have a 28 and RL 33 by tomorrow or Wednesday.
So far US869 is working really well..

I found RL33 to be a bit temp sensitive.

Hey if you want it to be just like a .300 Ultra or a .300 Bee, why not just buy a .300 Ultra or a .300 Bee? I don't see much of an advantage to the consumer with this one, unless he likes the idea of expensive propriety cartridges.

Rememer the hoopla about the 300 WSM when it came out and how it was going to replace the 300WM? Still hasn't happened. But everyone likes the idea of an improved mouse trap.
