does any one know the magic combination of powder(type) and bullet weight to make this calibre shoot 1/2 moa at 100m. i have tried everything and cannot get it to shoot. right know i am using 90gr RL25 and a 220 sierra bthp and i can get 3 to touch and then 2 flyers. any ideas would help

It is likely not the load but your flinch when you fire the gun.

no im pretty sure its not me flinching. hold on let me pull up my skirt and.... yup still got my balls. i have a very effective brake on it and have shot it lots. i cannot stop it from jumping off target but it is a slow shove not a jolt in the sholder so i dont think flinching is what is happening. it is a rem police model with a heavy barrel so it does weigh quite a bit.
